McLane Middleton Hires Attorneys Bill Cheng and Will Townshend

The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce the hiring of attorneys Bill Cheng and William Townshend.

Bill is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Data Privacy and Information Security Practice Group.  He represents clients in data privacy and information security matters, general corporate and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt, and general corporate governance matters.  His experience includes representation of individuals and businesses of all sizes in various industries, including software, health care and medical device, cryptocurrency, telecommunications, renewable energy, and financial services, as well as representation of individuals and institutions investing in various industries.  Bill holds the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPM, and CIPT certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.  He is fluent in Mandarin (verbal/written (both Simplified and Traditional Chinese)).  Bill can be reached in the firm’s Woburn office at (781) 904-2715 or bill.cheng@mclane.com.
