The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce the hiring of attorney Lara A. McKenna.
Lara joins the firms as Of Counsel in the Corporate Department. She advises clients on a wide array of business issues including entity formation, mergers and acquisition, complex commercial agreements, general corporate matters, limited liability company agreements and contract drafting.
Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Lara was a partner at a boutique Boston law firm. Prior to that, Lara worked at large law firms in the Boston area.
