The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce the hiring of attorney Ramey D. Sylvester.
Ramey is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she works to assist clients in a wide array of corporate and commercial matters. She developed practical experience working in, developing, or managing the legal departments in a number of publically traded and privately held corporations. Her practice areas include corporate governance, commercial negotiations, creditor bankruptcy, privacy, data security, and corporate compliance.
Ramey received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), where she was also a Daniel Webster Honor’s Scholar (2012) and a Judicial Extern for Senior New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Hicks (2011).
