Bridget Danielson is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program. She graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with her B.A. in both Economics and Sustainability. June Dietrich is an associate in the firm’s Administrative Law Department, where she advises clients in matters involving energy project siting, environmental permitting, and compliance. June received her J.D., cum laude, from Vermont Law School. While earning her J.D., June worked in Vermont Law School’s Environmental Advocacy Clinic representing clients in state and federal enforcement matters. She also helped create a database for the National Association of Conservation Districts to support farm bill recommendations for soil health and payment for ecosystem services programs. Before joining McLane, June worked for three years as a judicial law clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court, working with judges in Grafton, Coös, Strafford, Carroll, and Merrimack County. Julianne Plourde is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Family Law Practice Group. Her practice includes assisting individuals with a variety of matters, including issues in family and probate court. Prior to joining the firm, Julianne was an associate at a New Hampshire firm where she focused on representing clients in divorce, parenting, and guardianship issues. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2023 where she was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. Prior to law school, Julianne received her B.A., cum laude, in Politics and Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College. Robert (Trey) Scaro is an associate in McLane Middleton’s litigation department where he assists individuals, organizations, and businesses in a variety of matters. Before joining the firm, Trey served as a judicial clerk for the judges of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Over the course of his clerkship, Trey researched and wrote more than 100 decisions on dispositive motions, evidentiary disputes, bench trials, and a variety of other matters in civil and criminal cases. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2024, where he was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program and presided as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Law Review, volume 58. Trey earned his B.A. in English Language and Literature from Gordon College in 2021.
