McLane Middleton Welcomes Attorneys Michael Caughron & Tayla George

Woburn, MA & Manchester, NH (June 23, 2026) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce the hiring of attorneys Michael R. Caughron & Tayla A. George.

Michael Caughron is an associate in McLane Middleton’s litigation department where he assists individuals, organizations, and businesses in a variety of matters. Prior to law school, Michael worked for the Office of the Circuit Executive, assisting the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the First Circuit Judicial Council, and district courts of the First Circuit. During law school, Michael interned for the Honorable Bruce Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate for a Boston firm where he supported clients in litigation and internal investigation matters. Michael earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he participated in the Public Interest Law Journal and held various roles in the BU Disability Law Advocates and Allies affinity group. He earned his B.A. from Tufts University in 2018, with a major in history and a minor in computer science. Tayla George is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where she assists individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. Tayla earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2023 where she was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. Prior to law school, Tayla received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and Justice Studies with a minor in Security Studies in 2020 from the University of New Hampshire as a member of the University Honors Program. Prior to joining the firm, Tayla was an associate at a New Hampshire firm where she practiced litigation and immigration.
