Woburn, Mass. (November 27, 2023) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Jennifer A. Irving and Paula J. Vogel have been admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Jenn is an associate in the Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated first in her class and received the Law Faculty Outstanding Student award. During law school, Jenn was an active member of Women’s Law Association and served as a student attorney in Suffolk’s Transactional Clinic. She interned with the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and joined McLane Middleton as a Summer Associate. Paula is an associate in McLane Middleton’s Trusts and Estate Department where she practices in all aspects of estate planning, charitable planning, and estate and trust administration. Paula counsels clients to structure individualized and sophisticated estate plans to meet their personal goals for wealth transfer, while reducing federal and state estate taxes. Prior to joining the firm, Paula spent over fifteen years advocating for nonprofit organizations in a variety of development and charitable giving roles. Paula is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE©) and in 2018 obtained the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP©) designation through the American College of Financial Services. Paula received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (2023), a M.S. in Leadership from Northeastern University (2010) and a B.A. in Philosophy, with honors, from the University of Hertfordshire, England (1997).
