December 9, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to welcome three new attorneys to the firm.
Julie Richardson and John Weaver have joined the firm’s Corporate group where they will focus on general corporate and securities work and business formations.
Julie received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2008, where she earned a concentration with distinction in Business Law and Financial Services. She received her B.S. from Boston University School of Management, in 2004. Julie worked as a Paralegal for the New Hampshire Securities Bureau while attending law school. She also served as a Legal Intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement in 2006 and for the United States Attorneys Office, District of New Hampshire in 2005.
John earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude in 2008, and his B.A. from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude in 2002. He held an Intern position for the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office in 2006. While in law school he worked as an Editor-at-Large for the national law and policy blog of the American Constitution Society. He serves as an interviewer for the Advanced Studies Program at St. Paul’s School.
Molly Brown returns to the firm’s Litigation group following a summer internship in 2007.
Molly earned her J.D. from Vermont Law School, graduating magna cum laude in 2008 and her B.A. from Boston College, graduating cum laude in 2003. She then served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Judith Savage in the Rhode Island Superior Court.
