The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Michael A. Delaney was added to the firm’s Management Committee – the firm’s executive committee of the board of directors; overseeing strategy and business operations.
Mike is a director in the firm’s litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as Attorney General of New Hampshire from 2009 to 2013. As chief law enforcement officer and chief legal counselor of the State, he handled a broad range of complex litigation cases and regulatory matters, including multi-state cases, fraud investigations, corporate compliance issues, financial service regulation, health and hospitals litigation, environmental litigation and energy matters, construction and contract disputes, labor and employment, not-for-profit organizations, criminal law, antitrust, real estate and consumer issues.
