Manchester, NH â€â€The law offices of McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton Professional Association are pleased to announce the appointment of Attorney Colleen D. O’Connell to the Executive Committee of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. The announcement was made at the Council’s Annual Meeting held May 15. Ms. O’Connell practices of counsel from McLane’s Nashua office and is a member of the Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration Department, focusing in these areas as well as in Taxation.
The New Hampshire Estate Planning Council is a multi-disciplinary organization offering membership to Lawyers, Accountants, Trust Officers, Life Insurance Agents, and Financial Service Professionals. Its purpose is to promote the education of all interested professions in the field of estate planning work. It also offers members an opportunity to work toward a mutual understanding of the problems involved and benefit from the expertise offered by participating professions to solve those problems, as well as to encourage the promotion of friendship and cooperation between members so they can better serve clients and the community.
Ms. O’Connell is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar, the U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire, and the Massachusetts Bar. She is also a member of the New Hampshire, Nashua, Massachusetts, and American Bar Associations, and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated cum laude, a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, and an LL.M., Taxation, from Boston University School of Law.
