Paralegal Shannon Laurendeau Receives McLane Law Firm’s 2012 Client Service Award

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to award its highest honor – the firm’s annual John A. Graf Client Service Award to Shannon Laurendeau.

McLane’s Client Service Award is named in honor of John A. Graf, a partner in the firm who was relentlessly focused on solving his clients’ problem. The award is provided annually to the McLane attorney, paralegal, or staff member who exemplifies the highest level of client responsiveness and excellence in service based on colleague observation, peer reviews, and client recommendations and commendations.

Bruce Felmly, senior director in the firm’s Litigation Department, and head of the Client Service Committee, presented Shannon with the award, commending her for showing the same zeal and sense of mission that Graf displayed in serving the firm’s clients.

While Shannon generally assists attorneys in the firm’s Commercial Lending / Real Estate practice group, she also helps with some of the firm’s more important and complicated  litigation matters, trusts and estates, and corporate transactions.
Shannon is a native of Manchester and she received her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Notre Dame College. She can be reached at (603)628.1435 or at Shannon.laurendeau@mclane.com.

The firm congratulates Shannon and thanks her for her outstanding service.
