The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that Scott H. Harris has been selected as a member of Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2015.
Leadership New Hampshire (LNH), a statewide program whose mission is “building a community of informed and engaged leaders” has selected 39 men and women from across the state to participate in its 2015 class. It is an intensive 10-month program designed to ready them for leadership positions in the private, nonprofit, and governmental sectors across the Granite State. Today, more than 750 LNH alumni are working to strengthen the state’s communities and increasing civic engagement.
Scott is a director in McLane’s Litigation Department. His practice involves representing companies and executives in litigation and at trial in a range of commercial disputes including: tax matters, trade secret and restrictive employment covenant litigation, contract claims, shareholder rights, land use and other business disputes. Scott also represents both plaintiffs and professionals in professional malpractice and licensure litigation and has a substantial practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in significant personal injury matters.
Scott is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New York state courts, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, United States District Courts for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Federal Claims and is an accredited mediator in NH Superior Courts.
