Scott Harris to Speak at Three Upcoming NBI Sessions

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that Scott H. Harris will be speaking at three upcoming National Business Institute (NBI) seminars in Manchester, N.H.

On June 9, Scott will speak at the Executive Court Banquet Center on “Eminent Domain From Start to Finish.”  This presentation will examine the statutory requirements of the condemnation proceedings process.  In addition, it will walk through land valuation and damages calculations from the appraiser’s perspective to gain insight on how these figures are determined. On June 11, Scott will return to the Executive Court Banquet Center to present on “Civil Trial Case Presentation in Federal Court” where he’ll participate in a comprehensive trial skills program that will prepare attorneys to use the federal courts to their advantage.  For more information on this seminar, please click here <insert link*>.

Scott is a director in McLane’s litigation department where he represents companies and executives in litigation and at trial in a range of commercial disputes including: tax matters, trade secret and restrictive employment covenant litigation, contract claims, shareholder rights, land use, and other business disputes. His active trial practice also includes both the prosecution and defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.
