The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorney Steven J. Dutton has been admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Steve is a director in McLane Middleton’s litigation department and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on all forms of business disputes, including contract claims, tax matters and creditor/debtor matters.
Steve has extensive experience representing large and small companies in all stages of litigation before administrative agencies, the New Hampshire Superior Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Federal District Court.
