Steve is a director in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on all forms of business disputes, including contract claims, real estate issues, tax matters, and creditor/debtor matters. Steve has extensive experience representing large and small companies in all stages of litigation before administrative agencies, the New Hampshire Superior Court, the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Federal District Court.
