Susan Schorr and Laura Kahl to Present on Employers and COVID-19 Vaccinations

McLane Middleton attorneys Susan E. Schorr and Laura McKelligott Kahl will be presenting at a North Shore Chamber of Commerce webinar on “Employers and COVID-19 Vaccinations” on March 18, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

This webinar will discuss COVID vaccines and whether to mandate or recommend that employees be inoculated.  Participants will learn more about which approaches will promote health and safety in the workplace. In addition, participants will learn:

  • How to analyze the pros and cons of mandating that employees be vaccinated versus recommending inoculation
  • Drafting tips for new hire offer letters and contracts
  • How to accommodate legitimate exemptions to vaccinations

 

Susan is Vice Chair of McLane Middleton’s Education Law Practice Group.  She finds solutions to legal questions and challenges faced by independent schools and other employers.  She both manages and conducts investigations when serious misconduct is alleged.
