McLane’s Tax Department Also Top-Listed in New Hampshire

Bill has been in the Tax Department at McLane for more than XX years, and serves as Chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group and Asset Protection & Wealth Management Group. His tax practice is concentrated on federal and state tax planning and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, professional associations, individuals and non-profit organizations. He also focuses on sophisticated estate planning, implementation and administration for executives and business owners.
Bill sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Family YMCA and is on the Board of Trustees for the Derryfield School, in Manchester. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Chapter of the American Red Cross and former President and member of the Board of Directors of Stage One Productions.
Bill received his LL.M., Taxation, from Boston University in 1983, his J.D. from Boston University in 1978 and his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1975. He resides in Londonderry and practices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
