As the Manager of Professional Recruiting and Retention, Jessica oversees the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and retention of all new legal professionals. She works closely with external recruiters, search firms and other placement professionals to support the firm’s lateral, law school graduate, summer legal intern, and co-op, and paralegal hiring needs. Jessica also serves as the primary contact for summer legal intern’s and co-op students in obtaining assignments, balancing workloads and receiving feedback on performance.
As the Retention Manager, Jessica works closely with the Board of Directors, Management Committee, Department Chairs, and Business Team to identify retention opportunities within the organization and make recommendations on performance and business improvements that will assist attorneys and paralegals in their pursuit of personal and professional achievement as well as create a long-term career path within the firm.
Jessica graduated from Mount Washington University with an associate’s degree in business administration and management. Jessica serves on the firm’s Hiring Committee, Lateral Search Committee, and All Attorney Retreat Committee.
