As McLane Middleton’s Director of Marketing and Business Development, Mike leads the firm’s strategic marketing vision and aligns initiatives with long-term organizational goals. He provides high-level oversight of all marketing and business development efforts, including brand positioning, firmwide messaging, attorney business development coaching, event and sponsorship strategy, rankings and submissions, and communications.
In this role, Mike manages budget planning, vendor relationships, and performance reporting, ensuring that marketing initiatives are measurable, impactful, and aligned with the firm’s objectives. He works closely with practice group leaders and attorneys to create and execute targeted plans that strengthen client relationships, expand networks, and position the firm for sustained growth.
Before joining McLane Middleton, Mike spent six years at Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union (now Vizo Financial) as the communications specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing from Susquehanna University.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, playing basketball, hiking, skiing, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and three children.
