Attorney Brian B. Garrett will be presenting at the Association of Independent Schools in New England’s (AISNE) Heads Retreat & Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 26. Brian will be reviewing regulatory and legal updates that impact faculty and staff compensation and benefits, as well as a view of best practices in faculty and staff retention and recruitment through the legal lens. Brian will be joined on the presentation by Jennifer Borislow, President and Founding Principal of Borislow Insurance.
Brian is the Chair of McLane Middleton’s Education Law Practice Group and focuses his practice on understanding and serving the needs of independent day and boarding schools, colleges and universities, and early child care programs. Brian partners with many of the country’s leading independent schools to provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of school operations, including student and parent issues, employment matters, school governance and leadership, and general risk management.
