Peg O’Brien to Present on Employment Law CLE for NH Bar Association

Peg O’Brien will present at this year’s Advanced Employment Law CLE program, sponsored by the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. This program explores complex topics such as employee accommodations, wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations, among many others.

Peg will be discussing, “Navigating Employee Leave and Accommodations,” which includes FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, as well as disability accommodations, pregnancy accommodations, and federal and New Hampshire parental leave laws. She will be joined by Olivia F. Bensinger, a Concord-based litigator at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.,

Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton and Chair of the Employment Law Practice Group.  She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts.  Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations.
