Attorneys John Weaver, Sabrina Beavens, Caroline Palucha, and Ryan McClure will present on a webinar, “Commercial Real Estate 2025 and Beyond: Evolving Trends to Watch,” sponsored by the NH Business Review on Wednesday, October 22 at 11 a.m. EST. This webinar will explore the key trends shaping commercial real estate in 2025 and what lies ahead. From the transformation of office spaces and the rise of mixed-use developments to the impact of AI, ESG regulations, and remote work, our expert panel will break down the forces redefining CRE investment, development, and management. Chris Norwood, president of the NAI Norwood Group, and Oscar Moreno, Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Camden National Bank, will also join the panel.

John Weaver is a director in the Corporate Department and Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. He serves as outside real estate counsel to regional and national companies, overseeing the management, financing, and expansion of their real estate holdings. In that role, he develops strategic plans for clients’ real estate assets and coordinates with local counsel across the country to effectively implement those plans, protecting and leveraging clients’ holdings. He also represents clients in all manner of discrete real estate transactions in the north of Boston market, including sales, acquisitions, leases, easement negotiations, and municipal land use applications before zoning, planning, and select boards. John frequently works with in house and outside real estate counsel on stand-alone projects where local counsel is beneficial. Sabrina Beavens is a director in the Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group.  She is an accomplished and respected attorney who is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate and business law; commercial and residential real estate; banking and commercial transactions; bankruptcy; estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
