Ryan brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to serving McLane’s business clients. His practice spans a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate conveyancing, leasing, and financing, and general business counseling.

Prior to focusing full-time on corporate transactional work, Ryan represented business clients as a civil litigator, gaining hands-on experience in client advocacy and complex dispute resolution. While in law school, he gained practical experience as an extern in the Office of the Maine Attorney General’s Financial Regulation Division and at a civil litigation firm, where he worked directly with clients on employment-related legal issues. Before entering the practice of law, Ryan worked as a financial planner, securities broker, and bank manager, assisting small business clients in navigating financial concerns.

Ryan and his wife live in Amherst, New Hampshire, with their two sons and two dogs. When he is not practicing law, Ryan enjoys tackling home renovation projects and spending time outdoors in the fresh New England air.
