Attorney Jesse Angeley will be presenting on a panel entitled, Trends and Updates in Reps and Warranties Insurance, sponsored by the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) on Tuesday May 5, 2026 from 11:30-1:30 p.m. ET at our Woburn office. This session will offer a practical conversation with professionals who work with Reps and Warranties Insurance in a variety of transactions. They will share what they are seeing in the current market, how deal teams are approaching coverage today, and what buyers and sellers should keep in mind when bringing insurance into the process.
