Attorney Adam Dumville will moderate a webinar event for the Environmental Business Council’s 4th Annual Water and Wastewater Leadership Conference on Thursday, May 30, 2024. This virtual conference will provide an opportunity for the Environmental Protection Agency and each New England state to review their respective program priorities and implementation strategies. Included will be a discussion regarding the various ways the states are working on local concerns and together on regional water issues.
Adam is an environmental and energy director where he assists clients in matters involving environmental permitting, compliance counseling, energy facility siting, and defense of enforcement actions.
