Attorney Brad Vezina to Present CLE for Boston Bar Association

Attorney Bradford Vezina will be presenting on a CLE, “What Could Possibly Go Wrong? Estate and Trust Administration Pitfalls and Fixes,” sponsored by the Boston Bar Association on Wednesday, May 14. This session will examine a range of common planning and administrative pitfalls in the estate and trust practice. The session will also highlight key missteps to avoid and provide practical guidance for addressing such issues when they arise. Brad will be joined by Annette K. Eaton, Senior Vice President from The Northern Trust Company.

Brad advises clients on a wide array of estate and wealth planning transactions, including the preparation of sophisticated planning documents, lifetime gifting, tax planning, multigenerational planning, and the administration of estates and trusts. He represents clients across the economic spectrum, ranging from individuals and families of modest wealth to high-net value business owners and executives, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors. Brad also counsels individual and professional trustees in navigating the myriad of issues that arise in the course of administering a trust; this includes advising trustees of their fiduciary duties as disputes or questions arise, modifying trusts instruments, and seeking court intervention to clarify or interpret trust instruments or to seek other declaratory relief.
