Brian Garrett to Present at Enrollment Management Association Workshop

Brian Garrett will be presenting at the Enrollment Management Association’s Anti-Bias Workshop for Admission Committees and File Readers on January 24, 2023.

Brian will be discussing, “Legal Tips and Traps for Admissions Committees,” which will explore how independent schools should handle common admissions processes from a legal perspective.  He will focus on issues relating to potential discrimination claims and provide practical tips for the types of admissions questions that can be asked (or avoided), communicating with families and peer institutions, and documenting admissions reviews.
