Attorney Jacqueline Botchman will be presenting at the New Hampshire Association for Justice’s 26th Annual “Heartbreaker” Family Law Forum on Friday, February 13, 2026 at the Grappone Center in Concord, NH. Jacqueline will present on “Emergency Motions & Ex Parte Practice in the Family Division.”
Jacqueline’s family law practice is focused on complex divorce and parenting issues for clients with substantial assets and intricate cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She also assists clients in the mediation process as part of an Alternative Dispute Resolution strategy. Jacqueline handles a wide-variety of family related issues, including parenting rights and responsibilities, alimony, child support, modification of orders, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements, legal separations, and adoptions.
