The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation are governed by four elected National Officers and more than fifty State and International Chairs, comprised of distinguished leaders in the legal community. The Fellows support and disseminate the American Bar Foundation’s groundbreaking research which explores the intersection of law and society—to expand knowledge and advance justice.
Jennifer is a Director and Chair of Business Litigation at McLane Middleton and serves on the Firm’s Management Committee. She has over twenty-seven years of experience litigating and resolving disputes for companies and business owners in a wide range of complex commercial cases, employment matters, and tax abatements. Jennifer is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and recognized in Chambers, Benchmark’s Top 250 Women Litigators in U.S., Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers in NH, and was recently named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2022 Go To Business Litigation Lawyer and a 2020 Top Women of Law.
