Jessica Boisvert will present on a panel, “How to Make the Most of Your Summer,” sponsored by the University of New Hampshire on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Jessica will address students and discuss the “do’s and don’ts” of summer associate life.
As the Manager of Professional Recruiting and Retention, Jessica oversees the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, integration, and retention of all new legal professionals. She works closely with external recruiters, search firms and other placement professionals to support the firm’s lateral, law school graduate, summer legal intern, and co-op, and paralegal hiring needs. Jessica also serves as the primary contact for summer legal intern’s and co-op students in obtaining assignments, balancing workloads and receiving feedback on performance.
