Jessica M. Boisvert, McLane Middleton’s Manager of Professional Recruiting and Retention, will be speaking at the New Lawyers Network Webinar hosted by Boston Bar Association on Tuesday, September 22 via zoom. This panel discussion will cover today’s legal market and help anyone from recent graduates to mid-level associates enhance their job search.
As the Manager of Professional Recruiting and Retention, Jessica oversees the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of legal professionals firmwide. She works closely with the Managing Director to carry out the firm’s growth strategies, often partnering with external recruiters, search firms, and other placement professionals to support lateral, law school graduate, summer legal intern/co-op, and paralegal hiring needs. Jessica also serves as the primary contact for summer legal interns and co-op students in obtaining assignments, balancing workloads, and receiving performance feedback.
