McLane Middleton Elects Viggo Fish, Christina Krakoff, and Gena Lavallee as Directors

Manchester, N.H. (Jan. 5, 2026) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Viggo C. Fish, Christina L. Krakoff, and Gena Lavallee have been elected as directors of the firm.

Viggo is a Director in the firm’s Administrative Law Department where he maintains a diverse environmental and energy regulatory and litigation practice.  In his regulatory practice, Viggo represents regional and national clients in complex energy and environmental permitting matters, including permitting of energy facilities before the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee, and assists clients in navigating, and complying with, the numerous State and federal environmental laws.  In his litigation practice, Viggo defends clients facing State and federal administrative or civil enforcement actions and citizen suits in both State and federal courts.  He also assists clients in managing environmental risks and liabilities in commercial transactions. Christina is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department where she advises clients in a variety of areas including estate planning, asset protection, estate, gift, income and generation skipping tax planning, and trust and estate administration. Christina works with individuals and families from across the economic spectrum to design and implement comprehensive and straight forward estate plans. Christina also advises non-profit organizations and educational institutions on endowment fund and other charitable planning matters. Christina proudly serves as Chair of the firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee. Gena is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. She advises business clients on a wide array of legal matters. Gena has a broad range of expertise and experience, including entity selection and formation, commercial contracts, merger and acquisition transactions, securities law, and general business representation. She also works closely with non-profit organizations, including independent day and boarding schools, on board governance matters and complex transactions.
