Attorney Patrick Collins will present on a panel for the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council Wednesday, March 20 at 4:30 p.m. at Manchester Country Club. The panel will be discussing “Modifying Irrevocable Trusts in New Hampshire,” and will review the permissibility for modifying an irrevocable trust under the New Hampshire Trust Code and the income, gift, estate, and generation skipping transfer tax consequences for doing so.
