Peg O’Brien will present on a panel at Small Business Day at the State House for the Business and Industry Association (BIA) on Friday, March 24, 2023 at the Holiday Inn in Concord, NH. Peg will be discussing resources for small businesses including navigating employment issues and answers to questions small businesses may have. Peg will be joined on the panel by:

Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations.
