Peg O’Brien will present at this year’s New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association Business Conference & Partner Expo on May 15, 2024 at the Grappone Center in Concord, NH. Peg will be part of a panel that will discuss employment law topics such as wage and overtime laws, discrimination and harassment laws, employee rights, and other related topics. Peg will be joined on the panel by fellow New Hampshire employment attorneys Jennifer Moeckel, Matthew Miller, and Deirdre Salsich.
Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton and Chair of the Employment Law Practice Group. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. Peg also provides training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices and conducts independent workplace investigations.
