Attorney Ramey Sylvester has been selected for Leadership NH’s 2024 class. Leadership New Hampshire (LNH), is a statewide program whose mission is “building a community of informed and engaged leaders.” LNH fulfills this mission annually with a unique 10 month program where select members of talented and accomplished individuals are given an opportunity to learn about the complex issues facing New Hampshire, to connect with one another, and to serve their communities and the state in positions of leadership and responsibility.
Ramey is a Director in the firm’s Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on business and transactional matters for a wide range of clients, with a particular concentration on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, private offerings, and corporate governance. In addition to her corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities work, she also represents clients in an array of business and family immigration matters.
