Bridget is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bridget earned her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program. She graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with her B.A. in both Economics and Sustainability.
