Justin is an Associate in the Corporate Department who advises closely held businesses and entrepreneurs on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, and non-profit compliance. He also regularly drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, such as vendor and servicing agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Justin was an associate at a Boston-based law firm focusing on corporate transactional matters and securities law compliance under SEC and FINRA regulatory frameworks.

Justin received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from Syracuse University, summa cum laude. During law school, Justin served as an Editor for Boston University School of Law’s Review of Banking and Financial Law.
