Robert (Trey) Scaro is an associate in McLane Middleton’s litigation department where he assists individuals, organizations, and businesses in a variety of matters.

Before joining the firm, Trey served as a judicial clerk for the judges of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Over the course of his clerkship, Trey researched and wrote more than 100 decisions on dispositive motions, evidentiary disputes, bench trials, and a variety of other matters in civil and criminal cases.

Trey earned his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2024, where he was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program and presided as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Law Review, volume 58. Trey earned his B.A. in English Language and Literature from Gordon College in 2021.
