Joshua is an associate in the Trusts & Estates Department.  He advises clients in a number of areas including estate planning, tax planning, fiduciary matters, and estate and trust administration.

Joshua received his B.A. from Union College and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.

While in law school Joshua served as a senior editor of the school’s intellectual property law review and was a student clerk at the New Hampshire Complex Trust docket.  Before joining McLane Middleton Joshua worked as an associate in the trusts & estates discipline.
