Adam Hamel and Brian Garrett to Speak on OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID-19 Vaccinations and Testing

McLane Middleton attorneys Adam M. Hamel and Brian B. Garrett will be speaking at the MA Society of CPAs’ upcoming webinar, “OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID-19 Vaccinations and Testing” on November 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. ET.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) imposing significant new requirements on employers with 100 or more employees regarding COVID-19 vaccination, testing, face coverings, notification and recordkeeping. OSHA and the Biden Administration have said that this ETS is necessary to protect unvaccinated workers from the risk of contracting COVID-19 at work. During this webinar, Adam Hamel and Brian Garrett will facilitate a discussion of the ETS and how firms/companies can best prepare.
