Adam Hamel to Speak at MA Bar’s Labor & Employment Conference

McLane Middleton attorney Adam M. Hamel will be presenting at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s “43rd Annual Labor & Employment Spring Conference” on May 18, 2022 at Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

This year’s keynote speaker is U.S. Secretary of Labor Martin J. Walsh. A lifelong champion of equity and fairness, and a proud product of the City of Boston, Walsh leads the U.S. Department of Labor with a strong connection to working people and a commitment to creating an economy that works for all.

Adam will be a panelist on the session, “COVID-19’s Everlasting Impact in the Workplace: Vaccine Mandates, Returning to the Office, Managing Remote Work, Reasonable Accommodations & Interjurisdictional Employers.”

Adam is a chair of McLane Middleton’s Employment Law Practice Group.  He regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants.  Adam also has extensive experience working on will contests, fiduciary litigation and guardianships.
