Adam will be a panelist on the session, “COVID-19’s Everlasting Impact in the Workplace: Vaccine Mandates, Returning to the Office, Managing Remote Work, Reasonable Accommodations & Interjurisdictional Employers.”

As part of the session, three experts in the banking industry will discuss banking trends and the legal issues facing the national and local banking industries, such as crypto currencies and de novo depository banks, as well as the future of the national and local banking industries.

The program will provide practice pointers for estate planning attorneys seeking to avoid disputes that commonly arise in the context of trust and estate administrations.

In his new role, Mike is responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing and business development initiatives for the firm.  

Kim will work with clients and beneficiaries, their fiduciaries, and financial advisors to coordinate and facilitate asset transfers, distributions, review tax documents, prepare reporting and other trust related services.

The CLE will take place on May 5, 2022.

Eric will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and client service functions of the firm’s Trust Services Group.
