McLane Middleton attorney Beth A. Deragon will be presenting a Legal Update at an upcoming 2018 Professional Development Workshop for the Association of New Hampshire Public Employer Human Resource Administrators on March 29, 2018 in Concord, N.H.
As part of the presentation, Beth will discuss information related to The Fair Credit Reporting Act, Whistleblower Protection, and Social Media.
Beth’s practice is focused on advising employers, including independent schools, on all aspects of the employment relationship and on defending employers in discrimination and other claims pending before state and federal agencies.
