Jessica Nylund, Scott Rand, Rachel Hampe, Beth Fowler, Andrea Daly, Dennis Haley and Michael Kenison have been promoted to senior attorneys.
Jessica Nylund is a member of the Real Estate group where she focuses on commercial lending. A member in the Intellectual Property practice group, Scott Rand is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and has thirteen years of experience in private practice.
Rachel Hampe is a member of the Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on complex environmental actions and business litigation cases. Beth, a member of the Tax Department, regularly represents taxpayers before the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing agencies.
Andrea, an attorney in the Portsmouth office, is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on representation of a range of individuals and entities in probate actions, including guardianship proceedings, will challenges, and fiduciary duty matters
Dennis is a member of the firm’s corporate department where has advised clients with respect to substantially all aspects of their business, including entity selection and formation, agreements between owners, executive and employee compensation (including stock options), debt and equity financing (including venture capital transactions), mergers and acquisitions, software licensing, and intellectual property matters.
Part of the Litigation group, Mike Kenison has tried many cases in state and federal court in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. His practice involves representing individuals and companies in a wide range of commercial disputes and tort cases including: corporate governance, LLC member disputes, contracts, trade secrets, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, employment matters, real estate and other business related disputes.
