Sabrina Beavens is a director in the Corporate Department and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.  She is an accomplished and respected attorney who is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate and business law; commercial and residential real estate; banking and commercial transactions; bankruptcy; estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Lexi Careno is a director in the firm’s litigation department and serves as chair of the Probate Litigation Group. She assists clients with various civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on probate litigation, as well as land use, real estate, and environmental litigation. Adam Dumville is an environmental and energy director and chair of the firm’s Administrative Law Department. John Weaver is a director in the Corporate Department and member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He serves as outside real estate counsel to regional and national companies, overseeing the management, financing, and expansion of their real estate holdings. In that role, he develops strategic plans for clients’ real estate assets and coordinates with local counsel across the country to effectively implement those plans, protecting and leveraging clients’ holdings. He also represents clients in all manner of discrete real estate transactions in the north of Boston market, including sales, acquisitions, leases, easement negotiations, and municipal land use applications before zoning, planning, and select boards.
