McLane’s Trusts and Estates Department Also Top-Listed in New Hampshire

Bill serves as the Chair of the Trusts and Estates Department and Chair of the Asset Protection & Wealth Management Group. He concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate planning, implementation and administration for families, executives and business owners. His practice also includes federal and state tax planning and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, professional associations, individuals and non-profit organizations.
Bill sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Family YMCA and is on the Board of Trustees for the Derryfield School, in Manchester. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Chapter of the American Red Cross and former President and member of the Board of Directors of Stage One Productions.
Bill received his LL.M., Taxation, from Boston University in 1983, his J.D. from Boston University in 1978 and his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1975. He resides in Londonderry.
