About the Presenters
John D. Colucci
Director, McLane Middleton
John has a dual background as both an attorney and CPA. This unique skill set gives him a differentiating perspective and depth of understanding of the legal issues necessary for protecting a growing business, as well as the financial drivers of operating and sustaining a successful company. John’s clients range from start-up companies to large multi-owner private corporations. John has extensive experience in all areas of commercial transactions and business operations, and practices in the areas of business law, tax law, and business succession planning.
Chief Financial Officer, Downeast Cider House
Conor is the CFO of Downeast Cider House where he's worked since 2015. In this role, he contributes to the organization's distribution, pricing, and compensation strategies, as well as manages all other finance and HR functions.
Prior to his current position, Conor worked a brief stint as an auditor for PwC before moving on to Bain Capital. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Babson College.
Co-Founder, True North Ale Company
Gary has been an avid home brewer since 1984. In 2017, he founded True North Ale Company with his son, Jake. Gary is responsible for leading all business operations.
Prior to founding True North Ales, Gary held executive level positions in several Massachusetts high tech firms, including Sonus Networks and Wellfleet Communications. Gary received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
