Victoria is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group where she assists individuals and businesses with a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant disputes, easements, and land use matters. She also assists individuals with intellectual property matters including trademark registration and protection.

Victoria graduated summa cum laude from Adrian College in Michigan with her B.A. in both Criminal Justice and Philosophy and earned an M.B.A. from Johnson & Wales University College of Business in Rhode Island.

Before joining McLane, Victoria practiced at Bardorf & Bardorf, PC in Newport, Rhode Island, where she focused on estate planning and administration as well as residential real estate transactions.
