Victoria is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, Real Estate Practice Group, and Intellectual Property Practice Group. In the Real Estate Practice Group, she assists individuals and businesses with a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, easements, and land use matters. In the Intellectual Property Practice Group, she assists clients worldwide in seeking protection and the active management of their trademark portfolios.

Victoria graduated summa cum laude from Adrian College in Michigan with her B.A. in both Criminal Justice and Philosophy and earned her MBA from Johnson & Wales University College of Business in Rhode Island.  She received her J.D. and Certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.

Before joining McLane, Victoria practiced at Bardorf & Bardorf, PC in Newport, Rhode Island, where she focused on residential real estate transactions and estate planning and administration.
