We are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our colleagues at this time. In response to the COVID-19 situation we are following best practices recommended by local and federal authorities to minimize the risk of exposure.

We are also committed to maintaining our high standard of service to clients. McLane Middleton offices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts remain open for business as usual at this time while we continue to monitor, evaluate and respond to the evolving COVID-19 situation. Update 3.16.2020 – In response to the declared State and National Emergencies, McLane Middleton offices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts are open for urgent matters only.  The firm continues to operate at full capacity with colleagues working remotely.  For more information, please call 603-625-6464. 

Uninterrupted Service

Should there be a need for our firm to close any of our physical offices, or if there are impacts on staffing levels as a result of self-quarantines, we are confident in our ability to deliver services ongoing and without interruption. We have implemented proactive measures across our business operations to minimize any potential risk of service disruption, which include a combination of operational policies and protocols, business systems and remote work tools to ensure our firm is able to operate at full capacity.

Also, we have ensured that all colleagues involved in business critical service areas are able to work remotely, and we continue to carefully review all non-essential business travel.
