Audrey Young and Whitney Gagnon to Present on New IRA Regulations Applying at Death

McLane Middleton attorneys Audrey G. Young and Whitney A. Gagnon will be presenting on “New IRA Regulations Applying at Death” at a New Hampshire Bar Association CLE on June 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

The IRS has issued expansive regulations interpreting the 2019 SECURE Act and providing guidance on using trusts for post-mortem retirement benefits. This CLE will discuss the new guidance and latest planning strategies for inherited retirement accounts.

Audrey is Of Counsel in McLane Middleton’s Trusts & Estates Department. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, representing business owners, family offices and corporate fiduciaries. She counsels business owners on tax, retirement and succession planning as well as trust and estate administration.
